Martial Arts  &  Hand-To-Hand Combat

There are over 200 styles of martial arts, not including different styles of hand to hand combat and fighting.  If you are serious about a career in law enforcement, it is a good idea to obtain some basic training in one of these styles.

Some of the more popular styles of martial arts are:  Muay Thai, Krav Maga. Kung Fu, Pencak Silat, Sauate, MMA-Kajukenbo, Wing Chun, Hapkido and Kyokushin Karate.
